INCLUDE YOUR 10 DIGIT ASSOCIATION ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE FACE OF YOUR CHECK.   ASSOCIATION ACCOUNT NUMBERS ARE FORMATED XXXXX-X-XXX-X. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER PLEASE CALL 303-221-1117.

Payments SHOULD NOT be mailed to our office address. If they are, processing will be delayed which could result in late charges and/or interest being charged to your account. Payments should always be sent directly to the P.O. Box address listed above. Checks should always be made payable to the name of your Association, not to LCM Property Management or else processing will be delayed.

 Never send cash. Always enter you account number on the memo line of your check. Your account number can be found on your statement or payment coupon. Your statement top or payment coupon should always be included with your payment. If you do not know your account number call us at 303-221-1117 Ext. 108.

 Payment coupons or statement remittance forms cannot be changed by crossing out a printed account number and penciling in another number.
