LCM Property Management assists developers and builders in bringing together the various levels of communication and development that exist in setting up new communities. We will work closely with the declarant and the declarant's staff. Our experienced managers and professional staff will communicate with the declarant, the builder, home-sales personnel, title companies, and new owners to the community.

With care and knowledge our staff will produce documents for community rules and regulations, architectural control, and procedures that will be consistent with the governing documents. We will compile these community documents into professionally designed welcome packages that will insure that all new owners are informed and proud to be part of their new community.

We will prepare build-out budgets and will administer the processing of invoices for the payment of association expenses. Our accounting staff is able to insure accurate and timely financial statements for the association and will track association and declarant receivables as new units are annexed and sold.
