The owners of LCM Property Management, Inc. began providing professional property management and specialized accounting services for community associations in 1996. Our staff includes the following nationally recognized certifications: CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialists) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager).

The day-to-day accounting requirements of each community are supervised by LCM's professional accounting staff who are degreed accountants with CPA certification. Our facilities include the latest technologies and high performance office and computer equipment to accommodate the demand for service required by homeowner  associations.
